C1 RINSE NOZZLE

C1 is a rotary rinse nozzle for containers, drums, mixing chambers and induction bowls. It uses low cost moulded components (acetal and polypropylene) shaped to direct the rinsate flow rather than discrete jets. Steel fittings are all A4 stainless. The rotary action minimises the risk of leaving unrinsed blind spots, and reduces dependence on the operator to move containers around during rinsing. Flow is concentrated in the axial direction to direct a powerful rinse to the container base.

Large apertures ensure that the nozzle will not choke. The small diameter spindle minimises the risk of non-rotation due to clogging.

 The standard nozzle incorporates a restrictor to reduce choking in smaller containers, and to suit a limited liquid supply, eg. on smaller sprayers or where using a mains water source. 

Variants
A higher flow version giving around 25% increased capacity can be specified by omitting the restrictor.

A tank rinse variant is available using a dispersion collar in place of the restrictor. This will also be suitable for rinsing  large containers, mixing chambers and barrels or similar. See the Tank Rinsers page for details of the C1-T nozzle.
